Manasi Dicholkar

Manasi Dicholkar is an Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa, with a practice focused on arbitration, dispute resolution, and complex commercial litigation across India and the United Arab Emirates. She has experience in working on international commercial arbitration matters with exposure to drafting pleadings, analysing cross-border commercial contracts, and advising on jurisdiction, enforcement of foreign awards, and interim relief. She has also handled commercial disputes, regulatory advisory, and contract drafting, alongside representation in criminal, rental, and personal status matters. Manasi holds an LLM in Innovation, Technology, and Law from the University of Edinburgh, completed with distinction in dissertation titled “When Machines Create: Copyright’s Human Foundations in the Age of Generative AI,” reflecting her interest in the intersection of dispute resolution, technology, and emerging regulatory frameworks. She brings a research-driven, strategic, and commercially focused approach to arbitration and dispute resolution.
